Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
Skald Corporation wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product or service, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial monthly periods.
Exception: If you contact us within 48 hours of an unintended renewal at contact@skaldcorporation.com, we will review your request and, where reasonable, issue a refund for that charge.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal date, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. One-Time Purchases
Refund requests for one-time digital purchases submitted within 14 days of the purchase date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not issue refunds where digital content has been accessed in full.
5. Free Trials
You will not be charged during a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate. Cancel at any time during your trial to avoid being charged.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@skaldcorporation.com with:
- Your name and account email address
- The product and date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
7. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve billing issues promptly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
