1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website or product operated by Skald Corporation (“Skald,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including skaldcorporation.com and all associated products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Skald Corporation is the parent company of a suite of digital products, including Wyrd (podcast), Vor Ritual (daily practice app), Hearth (homestead tracker), Ord (writing tool), and The Wellthi (financial wellness app), collectively referred to as the “Services.”

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our Services are offered on a paid or subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge applicable fees.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the applicable product’s account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. User Accounts

Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@skaldcorporation.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Services
• Interfere with the proper operation of our Services

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, and design — is the property of Skald Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User-generated content (such as journal entries or notes created within our apps) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skald Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
